Hello,
I am an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course in India. Is it possible for me to get a work permit in order to do an internship at a German University for a period of about 3 months before completing by B.Tech coursework? (I would be paid during the internship)
If possible could anyone of you please let me know the steps which I need to follow in order to get it?

Yes, it is possible for foreigners to do an internship at a German university!
The requirements for such temporary work assignments are lower than for long-term work permits.
The university administration should be able to help you with the formalities.
But you could already contact the German embassy in your country for more information.
