CTT (the post office) is the provider of the social mobility subsidy available to passengers covered under the air services between the Mainland, the Autonomous Region of Madeira and the Autonomous Region of the Azores regulated by Decree No. 41/2015 of March 24th and Ordinance No. 95-A/2015, of March 27.
Resident passengers in the Azores, or equivalent and students (provided they meet the eligibility requirements set out in the above and applicable law) who have travel between the Azores and the mainland or between the Azores and Madeira Islands. NOTE: Resident passengers includes Expats who hold residency cards.
