Hi,
I am an Indian working for a US based MNC for past 2-1/2 years in Saudi Arabia. My company has been deducting hypothetical tax from my salary every month but neither depositing this with IRS in US nor tax authorities in India or Saudi Arabia.
They claim that this is equivalent to "negative earning" and utilized as expenses. I am the only Indian being charged this "hypo-tax" whereas my other colleagues are not, again they give the reason that my salary is very high...!
I want to approach the labor court and need to be guided thru the procedure.
