How do I go about setting up a restaurant in Dubai?

Hi All,

I want to open up a small restaurant / cafe in Dubai... Can anybody please guide me as to what are the procedures involved? From where can I get all the information?

    Dear All,

    Just a free information. There is a very nice restaurant which can be occupied in the heart of Al - Karama.I beleive that is the best location in terms of revenue and business. So who all are intrested kindly kindly note that it has an indoor and out door seating and can do wonders if you have the correct mind and approach.

    i am germany. why not jump to germany to start amini indian .restaraunt with cofee and pokkadas only . . minimimum investment be ur own boss and win your lotto world to achive . i am in germany you can think about and call me . no competion. . bye.

    Thee are 2 types of restaurants, one comes under professional license and another one is commercial with LLC, If you are focusing the market in any of the freezones you dont require a local sponsor.

    The procedure for each license differs according to the license and the zone.

    you need to personally go the economic department and the Dubai Municiplaity to do so.
