i want to know which Spanish mobile operator is the cheapest one for calling other countries, especially England

Hello Julie in my opinion you should try for Yoigo, a Spanish company with good value in case of mobile operators.Other mediums for calling are skype and one company recently launches 'wechat'. For text you can use whatapps,hype,voxer etc.

Hi Julie,
The best bet is Skype as it is free. You can download it onto a smartphone and if you have wifi or can use the free wifi in a bar, you do not pay. You can also use whatsapp and voxer as they work using data and not your voice minutes.
Some companies do calling cards which means you have to enter a few digits prior to entering the phone number and then make the call.
If you get a copy of coast rider newspaper they all advertise in it.
