Hi Marcos, yes it is a reliable university, I have not studied there, but a family member did enter and I can progress professionally, since he had no studies and was unemployed, but he did a master's degree and got a job quickly at the end of college and so far it seems that he has done very well, you should talk to TECH staff to give you advice about what you want to study.
