Hello all,
I applied for a cohabitation visa in the Belgian Embassy in the Philippines and I am now currently living in Belgium. I have declared legal cohabitation here in Antwerp with my boyfriend. I currently have my Orange Card and I am waiting for my F card. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to help.

Residence permit based on marriage or partnership

Hi Kimy,
In order for a person that has girlfriend/boyfriend already living in Belgium to apply for Belgian residence permit based on family reunification, couple needs to be officially married to have ground for family reunification. Would signed wettelijk samenwonen be sufficient to apply for family reunification residence permit?
