  Its an amazing workout..
  i do it at home all the time just go to youtube and follow along with the videos..
  A great started it keywork "Zumba que te pica" thats my warmup song..

  Classes are:
  Monday: time 19.30 - 20.30 - Bertrange, The Gym -Atrium Business Park, 27 rue du Puits Romain
  Wednesday: time 18.00 - 19.00 - Bertrange, The Gym -Atrium Business Park, 27 rue du Puits Romain
  Thursday: time 18.00 - 19.00 - Howald, Fitness Zone - 103, Rue des Bruyères
  Price: 15 euro / 1 class
  100 euro / 10 classes
  You don't must be member of fitness!!!
  Zumba fitness is a dance based on the basic steps of Latin American dance style (merengue, salsa, cumbia, etc...) in combination with basic aerobic steps. Result? Easy and fun exercising.
  During exercising you can burn up to 1000 calories in 60 minutes!!

  Hello, I am not sure when I good understand your question :-)
  What on earth is it ? Zumba is fitness style and in this time start be Zumba around the world. But I give classes in Luxembourg.
