We are so pleased to share this new collaboration seamlessly weaving conscious connected breathing techniques with majestic soundscapes.

This unique, integrative process invites the innate wisdom of the body, mind and spirit to express through a series of gentle emotional releases.

You will:
*Receive facilitation through a transformative breath session supported by live
inspirational original music, angelic soul-stirring lullabies, divinely channeled melodies, and healing mantra songs.

*Activate the parasympathetic nervous system and unwind and release trapped core contractions from the cellular memories in your somatic and nervous systems.

*Have an opportunity to break through and free layers of body armoring, protection and imprinted conditioning.

*Receive a beautiful integration period with a restorative sound journey including live harps, flute, percussion, voice, ukulele and chimes.

*Be pointed to silence as your strongest ally for remembering this greatest birth gift of gratitude; opening your heart for pure love and compassion.

Allowing yourself to acknowledge, explore and viscerally feel is the sacred key to transformation; encouraging their release, expression and integration is the journey of healing the heart !

**Please:
-Pre-register
-Wear loose, comfortable clothing
-Bring a yoga mat or a thicker mat (we have plenty of blankets and cushions)
-Bring a refillable water bottle; preferably not glass
-Do not eat at least 45-60 minutes before
-Arrive with whatever else adds joy and comfort to you
(perhaps an eye pillow for the integration phase)
