English Speakers in Dornbirn

Posted in Vorarlberg forum

Hallo :)

My name's Daniel, 24 years old, and I've been living in Vorarlberg for a year now. I'm orginally from Scotland and moved over here after I finished University.I've picked up quite a bit of German and dialect, but I'm looking to find some fellow English speakers to maybe share experiences or just talk! I've been through the good and the bad since I've been here and a lot of people think I'm crazy still living out here, but I enjoy the challenge and I've settled in now.

I live in Dornbirn city centre and would be happy to meet up with others for a chat, a coffee or a beer! Just need to give me a shout :)

Dan.

Hi guys! I live in Hard (near Bregenz) since 2.5years, but I used to live in English speaking countries for a total of 1.5years. Since my Australian working colleague left a few month ago, I miss speaking English quite badly, so it would be great to meet up with some (or at least one^^) of you guys. I work in Liechtenstein, so I'm pretty flexible regarding where to meet. If someone's up for a drink or something else, give me a shout. Cheers :)

Hi! I realise I am a couple of years late in replying to the original post, but since there are more recent replies I thought I'd give it a shot! I am from Australia, moved to Wolfurt (just near Bregenz) just over a month ago, and am definitely keen to meet people! If anyone is interested please let me know! :)

    Hi everyone!

I'm a Norwegian girl who moved to Dornbirn about a week ago. It seems like a very nice place, and I'd love to meet some new people around my age.
So far I'm not working, so I have a lot of free time! I'd be happy to meet up for coffee/drinks, go for walks, etc

Reply here or send me a private message :)

    Hey Guys,

I've been living in Dornbirn for less then one month now and am slowly adjusting. I am originally from Toronto, Canada. Since I'm quite new I'm looking to meet some new people around my age for coffee, going out etc.

It a beautiful city but as of right now it doesnt seem like there is that much to do. Hopefully I'm wrong about this :)

Ive recently moved to Vorarlberg from Scandinavia, and I would love to meet some English speakers, with similar interests in their 20's. I see myself as a fun, outgoing girl who likes to laugh, dance, sing, go for long walks (both in the forest and in shoppingmalls) and pretty much everything that evolves around food. I would like to take up my training again, with some company, loves Zumba and running.
Looking forward too replys, and to meet up for a coffee or two. I would prefer if you lived between Bregenz and Feldkirch, that is where I live.

    Greetings, Liza
