    dear all,

    i have got the following reply after 20 days,,

    تعتذر الوزارة عن تحقيق الطلب

    i think they have rejected without even citing the reason of rejection,, let alone that of delay

    :((((((((((

    can anybody suggest what to do next,,, of any hopes?
